Jaguar may not be involved actively in motorsport currently, but the
British manufacturer sure has quite a heritage in racing. With a view to
relive the days of its motorsport glory Jaguar has announced plans of
launching its own factory heritage racing team, which will be known as
Jaguar Heritage Racing. Starting this month, the Jaguar C-type and
D-type will be seen in action for the first time since 1956 at the Mille
Miglia, followed by the Goodwood, the legendary Nurburgring, the Pebble
Beach Concours d’Elegance and all the rounds of the E-Type Challenge in
the UK.
