Model History :
Herbert Austin's masterpiece, the Seven was the car which was the English equivalent of Henry Ford's Model T. However, it was even smaller than the T but was just as loved and accepted. The first Sevens had tiny two-seater bodies (and were affectionately known as prams!) and they were followed by four-seater bodies (called boxes!). The chassis and the engine were masterpieces of simplicity and the car was mighty reliable. It was also built under license by none other than BMW and Nissan. In fact, BMW got into the car business making the Seven under license in Germany!

Provenance :
Not much is known of this car suffice to say that the Sables found this in Nagpur and acquired it in 1978. From then on they have restored and maintained it to this day.
