The recently revealed Chevrolet Sonic
is expected to come in as a replacement for the long-standing and
not-so-successful Chevrolet Aveo U-VA. It was seen earlier at the Paris
Motor Show, but it now has a new name and with the looks of a grown-up
Beat, the Sonic will bring the same radical and youthful equation to the
premium hatchback segment, with a light and peppy drive. GM’s next-gen
city car will see aggressive pricing in India, just like the Beat.
