ICML Rhino RX

International Car and Motor Ltd (ICML) entered the MUV segment of the car market with Rhino RX. The car is known to have a boxy structure along with spacious interiors. It has a striking resemblance to Toyota Qualis and poses huge competition to other cars belonging to the MUV segment. With its spacious interiors, it can accommodate number of people and thus it makes a perfect family car.

Rhino RX Engine

All the variants of ICML Rhino RX are equipped with 1994 cc inline engine using turbo charged intercooled direct injection fuel system. It delivers a maximum power of 100 Bhp at 3200 rpm and 220 Nm at 2400 rpm. Besides, the car gives you a manual 5 speed transmission. The car gives you fuel economy of 10 km/l in city and 15.5 km/l on highway thus ensuring fuel efficiency.

Rhino RX Design and Comfort

Rhino RX is known for its boxy interiors which is an inherent feature of any MUV. The ICML logo mounted on the chrome grille in the front looks elegant and classy. The car doesn’t have many comfort features but is spacious enough to accommodate 8-9 persons. Some of the comfort features include power steering which offers you an effortless ride, trunk light and power windows which is absent in the S1 variant. There is sufficient leg room and ample space to give you an enjoyable ride if you are planning a long journey.

Rhino RX Interiors

The interiors are bright and impressive. Rhino RX comes with an attractive instrument panel and a dual tone dashboard. The S1 variant is known for its rexine upholstery while on the other hand S2 comes with seats covered with red or blue fabric. DLX is known for its leather packed steering wheel and gear knob. The air conditioning feature is available on all the variants and you also have entertainment options in the form of CD player in the DLX variant.

Rhino RX Ride and Handling

Rhino RX  is equipped with telescopic shock absorbers so that you have a smooth ride free from jerks. Ride stability is ensured through LCRV brake technology. The power steering features makes sure that the steering remains under control while you are driving.

Rhino RX Safety

Rhino RX comes with some of the security features to give you a smooth and safe driving experience. The car comes with a collapsible steering column which collapses automatically at the time of collisions to prevent chest injuries, LRCV-balanced brakes to have an efficient braking system, child safety locks, door ajar warning to alarm you in case the door hasn’t been closed properly, front impact beams and side impact beams to minimize the effect at times of collisions. Seat belts have also been provided to ensure that driver and passengers are completely safe.

Rhino RX Price, Variants and Color

Rhino RX comes in 3 variants namely DLX, S1 and S2. The price ranges from Rs. 6, 89,000 to Rs. 7,81,000 where the DLX variant is the most expensive of all. There are a number of color choices including green, silver, wine, golden, diamond and red.
